Terms, privacy, and refunds

Last updated: 4 August 2026

Three documents describing what travelers.so sells, who you would be contracting with, what happens to your data, and what you get back if a trip is cancelled. They are written in plain English because the people who need them are usually reading them in a hurry.

Draft pending legal review

This document is an unreviewed draft. It was written to describe accurately how travelers.so works so that a qualified lawyer can review and complete it. It has not been reviewed by one, it is not legal advice, and it is not a binding agreement. Do not rely on it.

The documents

  • Terms of Service

What travelers.so does today, who you contract with when you book, how a price is put together, and how a card authorization becomes a charge.

  • Privacy Policy

What we store, what we deliberately do not store, who processes it on our behalf, and how passenger details are protected.

  • Refund and Cancellation Policy

How a cancellation works, exactly what comes back to you, and what is retained. Including the parts that are not in your favour.

Current status of the service

Booking is not switched on. Today you can browse destinations, use the travel agent, and view a proposal an advisor has sent you. No payment can be taken and no ticket can be issued until booking is enabled, so every part of these documents that describes paying for a trip describes how it will work rather than something you can do now.
