Contacting travelers.so
Most questions about a trip belong with the advisor who built it, and their address is already in front of you. The rest of this page is where travelers.so itself can be reached.
If you have a proposal or an offer link
Write to your advisor. Every proposal page and every campaign page prints the email address of the advisor who made it, at the bottom, next to their name. They hold the itinerary, the dates, and the reason each choice was made — none of which travelers.so can answer for them.
Reaching travelers.so directly
Write here. The message is stored and read by a person — it does not go to a mailing list and it does not generate an automatic reply.
There is still no published address. travelers.so has not published a support email, a phone number, or a postal address, so this page prints none. A plausible-looking address that nobody reads is worse than an obviously missing one: it takes a real problem and loses it quietly. The form above is what exists instead, and it needs no address to work.
No response time is stated here either, because no commitment has been made by anyone who could keep it. When an address and a response time are agreed, they go here and this note goes away.
Accounts and data
Signing in uses a code sent to your email address; there is no password to recover. What travelers.so stores and how a request about it is handled is covered in the privacy policy. A request about your own data goes through the form above — choose “Privacy or my data”.
If you want to work with travelers.so as a travel advisor, that has its own route: what the studio does.
