travelers.so FOR ADVISORS

Our inventory, your client

The advisor studio is where you search live flights and stays, price them the way you price your work, and send a client a trip they can read in one page. The supply agreements and the payment plumbing are ours. The relationship stays yours.

What the studio does

Searches inventory that is real

Flight and stay results come from Duffel: bookable offers priced at the moment of the search, for the dates and the departure airport you enter. There is no sample data behind it and no cached price standing in for a current one.

Keeps your margin off the client's page

You set a markup and a planning fee on the proposal. The client sees the itinerary and one total. Your arithmetic is not on the page they open, and it is not in the link they can forward.

Publishes two kinds of link

A proposal link is built for one client and one trip. A campaign link is reusable — your name and the destinations travelers.so currently publishes — so it can be posted rather than sent. Neither requires the person opening it to have an account.

Getting an account

An advisor account adds the studio to an ordinary travelers.so account. There is no approval queue and no application to wait on: the role is granted when you ask for it, and you keep browsing and booking as a traveler alongside it.

There is nothing to pay and no card to enter while travelers.so is in early access. If membership ever requires a fee, it will be announced before it takes effect — no amount has been decided, so none is quoted here.

Create an advisor account. You will be asked to sign in first.

What it does not do

The studio is not a CRM. A client's name and email sit on the proposal you built for them and nowhere else: there is no contact list, no pipeline, no calendar, and nothing that sends marketing on your behalf. It also does not track commissions you earn from suppliers outside travelers.so.

There is no queue that routes travelers to advisors, so travelers.so does not supply you with clients today. You bring the relationship and use the studio to build the trip.

Before you decide

Read what a traveler experiences from the other side, or look at the destinations travelers.so publishes.
